Well the Kids have all gone and all of a sudden you get that urge to re live your Youth, HUM a few things you should know, before you spend your hard earned cash.

• Firstly bikes have changed quiet dramatically, the horse power has inceased enough to try and separate your head from your shoulders and weight has decreased making the bikes of today like Exocet missiles.
  
  
  
• Coming back to biking you fall into a catergory at being at greater risk of road accidents, bearing in mind the traffic volume will have changed as have the speeds involved.
  
  
  
• Sadly history has shown us that we very rarely learn from our mistakes and what may well have been a very minor accident 25 years ago could well be more serious today.

Having said all that we are in NO way trying to put you off but to gentle assist you in getting the most out of your rekindled Biking career, to get back to those days of freedom of the roads and the bike.

WHATS INVOLVED:

• 1 hour of running through your bike with you making sure you are happy with your machine and we will attempt to answer any questions in relation to your chosen steed.

• 4 hours in the saddle getting used to various types of road with different speed limits - again we will be going at your speed - lots of stops and chats about your progress and some tips and hints from your Instructor.
  

• Final hour - This is the wind down as you are probably in information overload a gentel cup of tea and full de-brief where again you may have a thousand and one questions to ask - we become all ears.

We Go at YOUR pace and your pace only ! This is your Course we will only seek to encourage you not to dishearten you....
